Κάτω του μέσου όρου There was no reception and after getting the keys from the keybox, we realized elevator was not working. We had a large luggage and a disabled person with me. We called the phone numbers multiple times and waited there an hour to resolve this. I went upstairs to see if anybody could help with reaching out to someone. Even the cleaning staff could not get a hold of the hotel. She said elevator would be fixed the next day. There was no way my friend could walk upstairs, so we booked another hotel with the hopes of we would be compensated. Hotel denied the refund. I suggest not staying here.

Location was good and room was overall clean but the blinds were broken so the room was bright from 5am. It was also very warm with no fan and with the windows open, very very noisey. There were 2 power outlets which were unsafe. 1 was falling off the wall and the other with exposed wires.

This hotel was nice and convenient from the Zürich HB station. A bit bare bones. But clean and lots of stores and restaurants around.

Κάτω του μέσου όρου This is a no frills hotel that would probably be okay for the money but it didn't have AC during a massive heat wave and the TV didn't work. The street is loud, which makes the no AC problematic because you need to keep the window open to try to cool off the room.

This hotel is perfect if you’re staying in a nice weather, but not recommended to stay here during the hot summer as it does not provide AC or fan. Turned out it is a common swiss things because they are supporting the environment. But i really couldn’t survive the heat, it feels like living in a sauna room. This might help a little bit, you can get portable fan at interdiscount inside the Zurich HB station nearby. Other than this, the hotel is perfect! The location, grocery nearby. The staff was not physically around, all communication was done through email, however they respond very fast. There’s also no sign of the hotel, the entrance is at a restaurant where you can find the box for your check in and check out. I hope this help

Hébergement qui n'étais pas bien insonorisé, le bruit de la rue et des voisins était
Terrible. Pour ce qui est du lit, le matelas était vraiment en mauvais état. La porte d'entrée était accessible pour tout le monde. Nous avons eu une expérience terrible, nous ne recommandons pas cet Hébergement.

Very conveniently located, near the train station. Just around the corner is: a MacD, a Coop supermarket and a fantastic south east asian restaurant that's both modern and reasonably priced. The room is spotlessly clean and large. The only thing is it's quite loud outside, but the windows are so well insulated, as soon as you close them you'll hear nothing. All in all fantastic value for money
