The hotel is an older building, nice and cozy. The best part is their customer service they go out of their way to help you. It was our first day in China and they were so kind to us and help us to get around and to use all the apps properly. The rooms had a nice shower and the rooms had everything you need.

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were friendly and the location is great. There is a brilliant hotpot restaurant on the same road that was recommended by staff. The rooms were spacious and amenities including toothbrushes and body wash were provided. There are many taxis driving past outside even early in the morning which is convenient. It is about a 45 minute journey away to the panda base. The hotel is off a main road with a convenience store, bakery and fresh fruit stores. Access to essentials is possible by foot.

Excellent hotel in a paved street with excellent service. We had a 3 bedded room with 3 single beds in a spacious room.
Staff deserve to be named for their excellent
Service - Frank, Joey, Kimberly n Bella.
They have airport pickup, and close proximity to a metro.
Well trained. Free coffee n tea. We had dinner there in the courtyard.
Enjoy the best of Chengdu from this gem of a hotel! We did !

We had issues with room service and breakfast, but the front desk staff Mr. Shen (from Taiwan) fixed them. He is the best!
