Φανταστικό Staff was incredible! We made our check in at 2:30 instead of 3 and the front desk lady was very nice! The room was very comfortable and well lit, the beds were just a bit stiff for our liking, but we know as foreigners that this is common in korea so we were not disappointed by this! The lobby lounge was supper comfortable and nice. Overall we had a great time:)

Whoever gives that hotel “10.0” evaluations does a terrible disservice to fellow travelers. That hotel is a “5.0”, at best.
An old, dump, facility, without central heating nor any heating equipment. An obsolete air conditioner was broken. Old damp, decomposing furniture. Smell of sewage. Tobacco smoke smell through corridors.

The hotel uses self checkin but when I had an issue, a lady immediately came to help. Although she didn’t speak any English, she immediately called an interpreter service and we were able to take care of the administrative things. Room was spacious, good AC, tv, water boiler and even hair dryer. Bed was comfortable too. Overall, it was great value for money and service was outstanding given that I don’t speak any Korean.

Decent room. Bed was a little hard. But still had a good sleep. A bit confusing to find the parking. Other than that it is a good property.

It's a good place to stay. I was comfortable, and it's well priced. There is a shared kitchen you can use.
The front desk isn't staffed at all times but you can call a number ... if you have a Korean phone.
The doors rattle a lot even with just a breath of wind. The motion-sensor light in my room turned on every time the fridge motor started.

에어컨이 선풍기수준 정도로밖에 되지 않았고 창문을 열면 차 다니는 소리가 시끄러웠어요

Bed was dirty and there was hesitation to replace all of the bedding, in the end just the bed pad was replaced with a clean one this much later after requesting to have room cleaned for the day. Toilets did not work well
