Unbearable heat and no cooling—avoid if you like sleep.. I stayed at 811, this hotel recently and had a very uncomfortable experience. Being on the top floor, the room was extremely hot. When I tried to use the AC, it only blew hot air. Upon asking reception, I was told that cooling is turned off for the entire building and is unavailable in any room. To make matters worse, there are no proper windows to open for fresh air. If you are sensitive to heat or traveling during a warm spell, be aware that you will have no way to cool your room. Very disappointing for the price paid. ** it specifically advertised air-conditioned rooms and we got cooked inside*** The only window photo has been attached here, can’t open anymore

I had a major issue with smell and black mold. We switched rooms but the smell was just so bad and it wouldn’t go away.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was exactly what we needed: a clean, no-frills place to sleep. The accommodations were simple but met our expectations, and the friendly staff at the front desk made the stay pleasant from the start. BASIC Loft Lodging for two people, it could sleep three. There was a small bunk above the main bed, which would be ideal for a child or someone nimble. While the beds weren’t exceptionally plush, they were comfortable enough for a good night’s rest. Bathroom: The bathroom, like the room, was tiny but clean. I brought my own cleaning supplies to touch up, I was impressed with how well they maintained it. The water pressure was excellent, which is always a plus. However, I recommend bringing your own soap and shampoo, as the shower only had an all-in-one dispenser, and there was no lotion provided. The towels were quite thin, so if you prefer thicker ones, you might want to bring your own. We chose not to have the daily cleaning service as we're late sleepers and wanted privacy, but they were accommodating in providing fresh towels upon request. Cleanliness: Overall, the cleanliness was good throughout our stay. However, I woke up to long line of ants on the last night after I accidentally dropped a crumb, which was a bit of a downside. Cons: - No ice available on-site. - You have to put down a deposit for an iron or blow dryer. - There are no electrical outlet

The rooms were too small, no air conditioning, bed were too hard was like sleeping on floor.
