Great location for transportation, shopping, and dining options. Nice room with great amenities. Friendly and customer focused staff who were extremely helpful. On site restaurant is very nice and the pool and other facilities are excellent. My only complaint is the shower never seemed to get hot, plenty of hot water from the sink and the tub water did get hot after a short wait. Maybe a bad mixing valve or badly set scalding protector. All in all a good stay and would visit again.

Enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious room with kitchenette and washer/dryer. It is interconnected to a shopping mall. Staff was excellent and helpful. They had a very good breakfast buffet. Esthetically, didn't like having to drive through back alley (where distribution center is located) to approach the main entrance.

This is an excellent hotel centrally located in Bangkok at Terminal 21 in Asok! This grounds are very well maintained, the breakfast bar is good and the staff is excellent! This is our second time staying at the hotel. First time was in February 2025. My wife and I love the hotel and can't think of a single bad thing to say about it. We will definitely be staying here in all future trips to Bangkok

Grande Centre Point Terminal 21is right in the middle of Bangkok and adjacent ent to Terminal 21 - Asok mall. No need to leave the building. The hotel is very clean with nice, friendly professional staff.Highly recommended.
