I think it's depends what price point you get this hotel for. We paid £440 for the night in July on a Saturday. There were problems as far as cleanliness that really didn't live up to this price point. The hotel was very well located and was a decent style of hotel. I'm not sure I would stay here again though especially at that price point.

The rooms were okay. Room service menu did not work. Nobody picks up phone at guest services. House keeping was poor. Did not even check to refill toiletries. Location is good but expensive for the price.

Great location. Close to the tube. Bar service wasn’t really service as the sr guy didn’t really seem to want to be there. Breakfast was a challenge. We didn’t book at check in and was then told we couldn’t. It’s ok a great breakfast place right down the street. A grocery store just around the corner. Over all a good stay

The staff on the reception desk were rude and unapproachable. The bath mat in the bathroom was visibly filthy and the shower head was full of limescale, making for a frustrating shower.

Ideal location to stay in central London with ease of getting to anywhere you need to be. The hotel staff and super friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a ice pop when we arrived as it was so warm. It was really thoughtful and refreshing. The hotel smells nice,amenities looked after and lots of good service. At checkout the porter saw us waiting with bags and approached us to see if we needed help, we did as we were waiting in the queue to ask if we could stow our bags for a few hours. Really great hotel, the only minor thing we found was that the pillows were too hard, but that is on us and our taste and wpuld not put us off staying again in the future 😀
