The room was clean, spacious and located bang in the tourist area of Florence (a few minutes walk from the Duomo and the Palace, about 10 mins from the main train station). So there was some noise from the surrounding area, but that goes with the location, and it wasn't so bad as to interrupt our sleep. Other reviewers have commented on the inconvenience of having to check in at a remote location, but we notified them in advance that one of our group had mobility issues, so they facilitated a check-in at the suite through providing passports and paying the tourist tax in advance. The only negative about this was the forwarded instructions referenced an UGG store that is no longer there, so we went on a wild goose chase for a few minutes (the sign for the property itself is not very prominent). They provide hot drinks (coffee, tea, etc) and some small bites free of charge each morning, making it clear that it is not meant to be a breakfast, which is a welcome benefit. The TV signal was dodgy at best, and there were no English language channels available, but you don't go to Florence to watch TV :) Overall, I would give the property 8/10 and would willingly stay there again. It's in a great location and (comparatively) good value for money.

Excellent location for our stay in Florence! The hotel was lovely and all that we needed. There is a fridge we didn’t realize until we were leaving. Loved opening the windows to listen to the music at night. Will definitely reconsider staying here if I ever come back!

The room was ok, I suggest include flat couch at the living room area to be used as an adittional bed

We did not interact with staff in person but they were very responsive to questions when contacted and helpful. The self check in process was clear and easy. This was a very quiet, comfortable suite and very convenient location with easy access to all the major sites. Would stay here again

Great location in the heart of the old town. Staff were very pleasant, the room was very quite.

The location is amazing if you want to walk to all the historic sites and museums. Very clean and worth it for the price. You do have to check in at another location that is a block away. And the train station is a 12 minute walk so if you have a lot of luggage, have your uber wait for you. A backpack and carryon was not a problem though. Staff was super nice, we did get an upgrade from one of our superior rooms to the Giotto apartment as there was an issue with one of the rooms we booked. This was perfect for traveling with my husband and two adult nieces and recommend doing this combo if traveling with 4 adults. It gave a nice area for us to meet. There is a common kitchen area where some snacks can be found, but they do not supply a breakfast. There is a very nice caffe across the street that has been in business for 100 years, worth getting breakfast there at least once
