Great access to the tube and friendly staff

Great location, clean rooms, great breakfast buffet and restaurant, nice staff.

Under major construction inside and out. Staff on reception promised a “cooler” during 33 degree days that was not provided. Sold out elsewhere or we would have moved. Concierge were great. Reception not so much. Too few desks open, new set up does not work, ie no place near desks to sit or lean with long lineups. Communication issues with many customers.

I was disappointed with our stay for the cost per night , our Room at check-in had No Cleenex , our safe was broken , In the bathroom there was very Excessive Mold on the Ceiling , there was No fridge which i would of thought a hotel of this size that all rooms would of come with a fridge. When booking hotels its not a common thing to look to see if the room has a fridge as 99% have them in every room. I'm Diabetic and i had nowhere to store my Insulin which needs to be kept refrigerated. I had to toss out the insulin viles that went bad due not being refrigerated. I need to have quick and easy access to it. Also with the hot water issue at the hotel which I understand these things can happen but a big inconvenience none the less .The staff was very nice and helpful, they responded very quickly with the issue of the safe. With the water issue they extended our breakfast for the rest of our stay ! Love the location surrounding area near the hotel, absoutley a beautiful view of Tower Bridge and the River Thames,Bed was comfortable, But overall I was disappointed with our Room. I usually come to London twice a year and stay at the London Hilton Metropole but I thought this time I would try the Tower Hotel.

Not ideal stay. Pretty run down hotel for the price. Had to evacuate early Friday morning and could only return to room to pack bags and leave while someone marshalled me up. Wasn’t able to brush teeth shower or anything and had to rush out while my boyfriend waited on the street. Not great at all

No A/C poor acces , walk or cab only

Staff was amazing!

Unfortunately with a Tower Bridge view room we had to keep the curtains closed as it was during a heatwave and the a/c was not very good so bit of a waste. Also the room had no fridge to try and keep cold drinks in, even though there was space for one. Currently undergoing renovations as it is in need of an update

Very nice hotel!

The hotel is in the perfect spot which was really great, comfortable and clean, the reception staff could do with some instruction on manners. Unfortunately the restaurant at the hotel (Vintage) has the monopoly on food and drinks although there are some food trucks that are fantastic, out experience of the restaurant was terrible as a table of 5 our food came before our drinks after a 20 miniute wait, one of us was only drinking water and after asking a server was ignored, then someone went to ask someone else again no drink, we then asked at the bar again ignored before the server brought the water, the food was not great, cold and crusty from the heat lamp with only 2 in our party able to finish. Overall our stay was great and I would stay in the hotel again because of its location but would plan better on where to eat, on the last evening we dined at the Slug and Lettuce in St Katherines dock the staff were young and outstanding exactly how hospitality should be and the Thistle could learn alot from them!
