Έμεινε με φίλους · Για φίλους και οικογένεια

The hotel was in an excellent location, 7 minutes walk from Yodoyabashi station and 3 minutes walk from Kitahama station. I booked a 20m twin room with large single beds for 3 nights with breakfast. The room was smaller than advertised, probably 15m at most. The room was well equipped with a kettle and a small fridge. There was no wardrobe, just 4 hangers to hang clothes on a hook. The room was very clean with good soundproofing as I could not hear the other guests. We received clean towels every day and bins were emptied. The breakfast had a wide selection of tasty foods which I would recommend. I had already paid for the breakfast upon booking. As our flight was very early in the morning (before the breakfast started), I asked the receptionist if we could have a breakfast box or receive a refund. This was refused. We also asked if we could swap the breakfast for lunch or dinner. This was also refused. I found this unreasonable. There were washing and drying facilities for 1000 yen.
