Clean room people very kind

Todo limpio el aire acondicionado muy bien en general todo super bien solo lo que no me gusto es que el desayuno es ala carta y si hides algo mas de lo que incluye el paquetes a b c te lo cobran extra fuera de eso todo bien el edificio le falta un poco de mantenimiento pero pasa

Henann Resort Alona Beach was one of the best beach resort experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were the friendliest and most welcoming I’ve ever encountered—a true testament to the warmth and hospitality of the Filipino people. The grounds were immaculate, and the beachfront location is outstanding. Walking along Alona Beach was one of the highlights of my trip. I stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. A few areas could be improved. The fitness center is decent but could use updated equipment, and the music repeats the same songs on a continuous loop. The complimentary breakfast was average rather than exceptional. Overall, the food was hit or miss, much like the rest of Panglao. My poolside room also picked up noise from the pool, the breakfast area, and occasionally from guests in the room above. My biggest suggestion concerns the beach vendors. I understand everyone is trying to earn a living, but guests are approached throughout the day by people selling massages and island-hopping tours. Once a guest politely declines, resort security should help ensure that decision is respected so people can relax without repeated interruptions. Overall, the outstanding staff, beautiful property, and amazing beachfront far outweigh these minor issues. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Henann Resort Alona Beach.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and staff were incredible. It's an ideal place to stay because it's a 2 min drive or 5 min walk to the hotel from from the airport. I will always stay here when visiting Manila!

Very nice luxury beach resort, with multiple pools and restaurants. It’s also close to the town and other bars and restaurants. The staff is very professional and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is great. We also tried their dinner buffet and À la carte restaurant and it was also very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Happy we chose this place to stay

The property was clean and well kept. The grounds were power washed and the pools cleaned in the mornings. All staff members were attentive and kind. The breakfast was expansive. Great location.

Over priced not just for property but for the island as a whole. Each decision has a heavy price tag as little as 200% vs. other Philippine islands. I never felt so nickel and dimed. Better to be all inclusive than do business like this; makes the entire point of relaxing be like everyday transaction dealing. Hotel lunch buffet is meh, for 900. For perspective, Boracay, the premiere beach destination in PH and in Asia, is much cheaper and has way more options.

We stayed here for a week. The hotel is nice and the location is great. There are a few pools but we only really used the one by the ocean. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was nice but there was a smell coming from the bathroom drain that they couldn’t fix. I covered it with a wet towel and that helped. I would definitely stay there again.
