The public areas, restaurant and bar, and the staff, were wonderful. The room was a bit spartan and provided no storage if you wanted to unpack your suitcase a bit. The shower/tub was slippery and the water pressure in the handheld shower head was deficient. There was no closet and no dresser. There was a bar over the luggage stand, but if you hung anything there, the clothes hung onto the suitcase. Terrible design! Even the bedside tables provided no storage. A nightstand that has a drawer and a cubby below for slippers, etc., would have been helpful. The heating/air worked well, and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel staff are wonderful. Our first rooms climate control didn’t work on the first day and after speaking to the front desk this one special lady help tirelessly to get us another room. The staff made our stay and it’s a big thank you from us

There was no slippers provided. The AC is also fairly loud and air was very dry. Had to leave the window open at night to get air to sleep well, fortunately it is summer so the outside air isn't too cold.

Great hotel, super close to the train station for easy access to the airport. Room was one of the nicer ones we've been in recently. Good size, large shower, with the only complaint being their use of half glass with no door, so water gets everywhere. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and clean room, very comfortable bed and pillows. Just steps away from the train station, if you got the level and direction right.

Do not use the insecure WiFi at the hotel , Not only does it go off periodically but my computer / phone was compromised , credit card used fraudulently, had to cancel card.

Great hotel in good location. Great and helpful staff. So friendly and nice. One small Improvement would be to make rooms cooler. They seem to be temperature control regulated from a central location. You could not make it colder. So it was a bit hot at night. Other advantage is central station is a walk away, very convenient to take the Arlanda express. Would recommend
