unfortunately had headphones stolen from my room. Asked the staff not to clean the room as I only arrived the night before. When I arrived back to my room later that day I noticed they had come into my room. Next morning realised the head phones had been taken.

Good choice of breakfast options. Rooms are spacious & overall clean. Pool needs some repair with loose tiles on the bottom that cut open our friend’s sons foot quite badly. Staff helped with some first aid pool side. Hotel location is great close to the beach & nearby bars/restaurants.

We (3 mature ladies) received a lovely welcome on arrival, staff very friendly and helpful. No request was too much to ask. Very obliging. Rooms and amenities were great. Made use of the pools where were we maintained. Would stay at Pullman Legian again and will recommend to family and friends. Hotel is a great location to beach. Shopping and restaurants.

The breakfast menu was quite extensive and delicious. We enjoyed the pools the most - the infinity pool was amazing and overlooking the sea with great views. The garden-side pool was also great with a nice pool side bar which had great cocktails. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot!
