Upstairs rooms accessed by steep and wet stairwell. Quiet and comfortable. Non staff check in worked fine.

Parking is hit and miss but enough for everyone. Excellent location and value for money. No staff contact. Check in was different, ai assistance over phone but incredibly easy. 2 story with every room having outside table and chairs. Perfect as we arrived early and enjoyed a drink in the afternoon sunshine in Winter. Microwave and toaster, very comfy beds. Spacious bathroom.

Although an older style of motor inn the rooms looked freshly painted and were very clean, tidy and comfortable. The furniture was in good condition and spotless. Kudos to the cleaning staff, very friendly too. The spa worked well and all the facilities were problem free. We found this accommodation exceptional value for money considering the location, facilities and comfort it provided. The only drawback for me personally was the mattress a tad too soft for my liking however this is obviously an individual trait. If your heart is set on an a modern 5 star resort style experience perhaps this isn't the place for you however if you intend on spending your days exploring what this wonderful region has to offer then it is highly worth consideration.
