Expected better eating facilities and selection. The description on Expedia was misleading. On site restaurant is minimal and closed most of the day. Eating and drink choices are few. Place needs a major upgrade - very dated and poorly lit. But- Staff were lovely and helpful.

In my 2 night stay, I called maintenance on 3 occasions to plunge stopped up or overflowed toilets. The plumbing was terrible. I was never offered a change of rooms.

There was an African-American lady at check-in that was absolutely the sweetest woman in the world. I wish I would’ve got her name or would’ve remembered it. I got there very late at night checked in and she was just so kind. It was the evening July 8.

Reserved a room with grab bars by toilet. Despite the front desk asking housekeeper, were given a room without those grab bars. No free cookies or coffee in lobby. Bistro prices were more than Disney prices. No restaurant in walking distance but Bob Evans a short drive away. Near I 75 but difficult to find entrance.
