My stay was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. We were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary, yet none of the requests I had made in advance were acknowledged or fulfilled. After a 20-hour journey, our first night was particularly frustrating. The air conditioning in our room stopped working, and although we were moved, it was to a smaller, non-equivalent room. There was no apology or effort made to address the inconvenience. To make matters worse, my sister tried to organise a small surprise for us from Australia, but she was incorrectly told that we were not even staying at the hotel. When I raised this with reception, the explanation given was simply that “the staff are new,” which was not reassuring. My sister attempted again to arrange something, and despite being told it couldn’t be done, a bottle of wine eventually arrived—without any note or acknowledgment. Overall, this was a very disappointing and poorly handled experience, especially given the significance of our celebration.

Coming to Seoul from to connect by train to the South, stayed 1 night at this hotel, as it is a walking distance from the Seoul station. Quite convenient, but too expensive to what it offers.

Location is 5-10 min walk entirely underground to Seoul stn subway walking past tous Les jour bakery and duffins donut exit 12 if I remember correctly. I didn’t use any of the amenities so can’t say. Basically stayed here thinking it was super close to the Seoul train Stn to take the AREX leaving. Don’t get confused going underground with luggage. Yes easier to push pull luggage but on the street u see where to go and won’t get lost. No tapping in and out of stations. Much faster in my opinion.

The location of hotel is good. The lobby is not on the ground floor, so it takes time to get to the lobby (wait for elevators). The gym is small and does not offer much. Otherwise good.

Getting in was a bot tricky from the station, but there were plenty of pointers and signs to help navigate my way. Coming in I was greeted kindly, and given a thorough run-down of what to expect and what was available to me. I do enjoy the fact that I could book breakfast at a much nicer price the day before vs the day of. Made planning easier for me. There were also areas to pull funds if needed, and the availability for laundry facilities was a nice perk too. The room was incredibly spacious, with a full bathroom having Both a tub and shower (something I've found hard to find outside of the area). The lighting for the room itself was great, and the addition of a work desk made it convenient for when I needed to use my tablet. The only thing I found a bit lacking was the bed; the mattress was harder than I personally enjoy and the pillows were prone to flattening as I slept. Made it a bit hard to stay asleep. Outside of that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!

Hotel location is excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. Elevators were overwhelmed at busy times and the lobby is mid building so a bottleneck. Food quality was good but dinner menu limited and prices overly high.
