Φανταστικό Great little boutique hotel, one block from the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick walk to the beach clubs and easy drive to the airport. Nice quiet gated courtyard and roof top deck.

ΦανταστικόΈμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για φίλους και οικογένεια
This was a great choice for our final night in Rome before flying home. Located less than a 15-minute drive from FCO, the hotel offered convenient transportation to and from the airport and was just a three-minute walk from Focene Beach, which had several dining options.
The staff, Priscilla and Stefano, were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a nice variety of croissants, meats, fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices, and coffee. The quiet, relaxing atmosphere—with seaside café jazz playing in the background—was a wonderful way to start the day.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a generously sized shower compared to others we had in Italy. Bed was comfortable and linens were new and clean.
The two rooftop balconies offered beautiful views of the beach and sunset, and the charming courtyard was especially inviting.
If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable beachside stay near FCO, look no further!

Room was clean. Staff was great. Place was older than photos made it look. Needs a few upgrades but love the beach right there and the people there are great.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. It's close to the airport so a convenient place to stay. There is a beach and restaurants nearby, and an excellent pizza place about a block away. This will now be my go-to place to stay when flying in and out of Rome.
