Nice space. Comfortable

We booked Garibaldi Suites for two nights based on the listing, which advertised a 25 m² room with a balcony, city view, and hotel facilities including a lounge/bar area. Unfortunately, the accommodation we received was completely different. The room was nowhere near the advertised size and felt closer to 10 m². As I am six months pregnant and we were travelling with two large suitcases, having adequate space was one of the main reasons we chose this property. The room was so small that we could barely move around or open our luggage comfortably. The advertised balcony did not exist, and the promised city view was actually a view of an internal courtyard and construction site. Several amenities listed as included, such as bathrobes and slippers, were also missing. Another major reason we booked this property was the advertised lounge/bar area where guests could relax or work. We planned to use this space between check-out and our flight. In reality, no such facility existed. The property appeared to be little more than rooms in an apartment building, and even the small breakfast area was unavailable for guest use. This was not a matter of expectations versus reality, he accommodation simply did not match its description. We paid for features and facilities that were not provided. Had the listing accurately reflected the property, we would not have booked it. We felt misled and significantly overpaid for what we received. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this.

La habitacion estaba impecable

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer sehr sauber und groß. Das Umfeld war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

This room was pretty crammed as a regular hotel room with extra beds added for everyone to fit. It was clean and well-stocked with towels, but there weren’t enough blankets. The breakfast was fairly good, and the service for breakfast was great. The only complaint would be that a maid told us to check out well before the actual checkout time.

The staffs were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was bare minimum. Location is very good close to Central Station, I felt the area a bit unsafe but being a metropolitan city i think it’s expected at city centre.

We have stayed in many questionable hotels around the world but this has to be one of the worst experiences we've had. For starters, the room we booked online looked 100x better than the one we were given (see photos). We questioned this to be told that that was all they had. The WiFi did not work in the hotel, the air con leaked water whenever it was turned on, halfway through our stay the housekeepers took the blanket off our bed and never returned it, we were given hand towels to use as bath towels, the shampoo was basically pure water, the housekeepers moved all our belongings and even placed clothes in the bidet!! Disgusting. The area outside (and Naples in general was just as bad). Please don't fall for the cheap price like we did - find somewhere else.

A neat little room with modern finishings. We were so impressed by the comfortable bed. Unfortunately the smoke free room seemed not to apply to all guests as their strong smoke carried through into our room all night. We had to use a towel to block under the door so we could sleep.Checkin was great and the gentlemen even carried our bags to our rooms.

Initially we were given a wrong toom and had to complain twice to get the room we had booked. The breakfast buffet was continental breakfast and the area was not so nice at night time but close to metro and train. Lots of cafes and restaurants near by. The second room was clean and comfortable compared to the standard room.
