The ladies at the check in desk were a bit grumpy, but the rest of the staff were super lovely and helpful. The room was very dated and didn't have a mini fridge, but it was clean and had everything else we needed. We were on a higher floor so the noise from Times Square wasn't too bad. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was wonderful when it nearly got into the 40s!
