Έμεινα με την οικογένεια

This is my third day at State Plaza hotel. We booked it because it was very close to George Washington University, where my daughter was spending the summer. Staff is always very helpful and this past time war, who was the parking lot attendant was extremely helpful. Love to stay here when in DC.

Depending upon the purpose of your stay, the hotel might meet your needs. I had a medical appointment and wanted to be close to the office. I lived in the DC region for 17 years so I thought I would have no problem navigating the area. Unfortunately, the trip was frustrating and after driving through heavy rain, I checked in at 10 PM. When I arrived, they said their parking garage was full and led me to a garage in a dark and desolate ally that was hard to find. Luckily, I was safe but didn’t get to my room until midnight. Typical to many downtown DC hotels, breakfast cost extra and they had no snack machines or mini stores in the lobby. The room also had no refrigerator or microwave. That said, the hotel was clean and safe. If you’re going to visit GWU and don’t have a car, this might work for you. Just budget for meals and bring snacks (non-perishable) for midnight munchies.
