Καλό I hope they can improve the cleanliness of the room. Also the toilet is too old and is time to upgrade ,

Φανταστικό Great breakfast buffet with bacon, sausages, ham and hard-boiled eggs always a mainstay. Very convenient location with the A11 and E11 airport buses stopping nearby. The lifts are the only minor inconvenience. There were only two working lifts during my latest stay and they were often crowded and slow.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Everything in my room worked as well as I needed (comfortable bed, clean functioning bathroom, and TV). However, the elevator situation was a little iffy. There are 33 floors here, and at times only one of the three elevators was operational. Mostly it was two of three elevators that were operating, but this made for long waits at peak times of the morning (like breakfast and check-out time). Plan to wait a while each morning for the lift, including stopping at almost every floor on the way down.

The only issue is their Lift (Elevator) they have 3 Lifts but 2 are not working at the time I stayed 6/26-6/23. My room is in the 17th floor, I had to wait 5-8 minutes to used the Lift. But other than that, It’s a walking distance to the Hysan Place, Sogo, Time Square, the famous Bakehouse. Transportations are close by, mtr, bus stations, trams. Over all. I would stay here again!

The hotel is very dated and in need of a refresh. The decor is old and the carpet is old. There is an old smell. The rooms are very small unless you paid for the room with a separate bedroom. The elevators are terrible, slow and very cramped. This was an uncomfortable stay. Only 2 elevators worked. I would not book again.

I would highly appreciate assistance from Wendy Wan of Front Desk. She helped us transfer luggage’s to temporary storage as we check out for a 2 day short to Taipei. Our check in was quite smooth when we returned back to HKG
