The hotel is very dated and in need of a refresh. The decor is old and the carpet is old. There is an old smell. The rooms are very small unless you paid for the room with a separate bedroom. The elevators are terrible, slow and very cramped. This was an uncomfortable stay. Only 2 elevators worked. I would not book again.

I would highly appreciate assistance from Wendy Wan of Front Desk. She helped us transfer luggage’s to temporary storage as we check out for a 2 day short to Taipei. Our check in was quite smooth when we returned back to HKG

The hotel is affordable and located in a very convenient spot. Only minutes away from all the buses and electric street cars from where we needed to go. The front door staff was very helpful; from calling for a taxi to lending an umbrella on rainy days, I was impressed by their hospitality. The only problem we had was with the elevator, as one of three was being repaired which increased wait times.

The hotel is undergoing maintenance, and so the three elevators (very inadequate) were mostly only 2 so unwarranted LONG waits. Front desk is messy (but staff helpful). Dining is awful, especially for long stays as breakfast is poorly prepared and monotonous. Room was very musty and hard to keep comfortable. Housekeeping terrific.

The staffs are very helpful, polite, The location is pretty quiet, their are Seven Eleven, convenience store and cafe within 5 minutes walking, transportation is 1 minute walking away from the tram station, 3 minutes away from the bus stop and 15 minutes away from the subway station.
I have booked this hotel 5 times already in the last two years when I went back to Hong Kong for visiting my families.

Stayed for 4 nights in May 2026 - first the Good - Concierge staff were great and very nice and helpful. The bad - the beds are like slabs of marble so if you have a bad back maybe not for you. Rooms a very small and when we asked to change we were told that all the rooms were the same which is not true. Now the ugly - pretty sure we were bitten by BED BUGS, but cant be certain, but most likely.
