The staff were amazing. I was travelling with 3 kids. After getting mucked around from my previous hotel, Ashleigh on reception was amazing! The next day she moved our room to accomodate us more. I cant speak highly enough of the staff, everyone i came in contact with were awesome! I will be back. Many thanks!!

the venue was in a beautiful site however the room was quite run down, with very noisy air-conditioning and a fridge that rattled all night.

We booked 3 rooms over a year ago & requested to be near each other. On arrival rooms had not been allocated & we could not be near each other. The bathroom in renovated room smelt of sewer. Buildings are very tired, needs an upgrade. Suite very dated. Not a kitchen, just a microwave. Rooms not worth asking price. Could definitely be more of an atmosphere. Staff are friendly. Food expensive.

Resort is outdated. Needs a revamp. Our garden suite where we stayed only half the lights were working, most of the powerpoint's were broken, and alot of the timber posts outside were rotting away. One of the posts under a balcony next to us was that rotten it wasn't touching the ground anymore.

We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad

The food available here is so far bad it’s indescribable. The hotel is fine, pool and location perfect, the bar is fun but the restaurant food is crap. A colleague had the pizza, it was seemingly made with packet ham, my burger and chips…well I couldn’t eat them and i eat almost everything. $30 burger that was so bad it was unetible. The breakfast was good
