Rooms weren't the cleanest. Splatter on walls and mold in bathrooms. Bar was fine. Pool area was cute. Staff was friendly.

It is always a great stay at the Marais! Quiet, but right in the heart of the Quarter. Pierre at the front desk always makes sure that you have everything you need for your stay; he goes above and beyond every time!

Amazing location! The room was clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! Since the Hotel Le Marais is right off Bourbon Street, there are plenty of things to do and places to eat. Copper Monkey (next door) was an awesome bar: great po'boys, open very late! My room's windows had protective plastic covers over them; didn't hear any of the loud music from Bourbon Street at night. The pool was so calm, relaxing and cooling during the hot, humid days. It was rarely crowded.

Very nice staff, clean rooms Walls are thin so you hear everything next door. Great stay tho, hotel next to everything you need.
