Room was clean. View beautiful over the basin. However the room smelt of smoke & stale. The structure very run down- wallpaper pealing off walls, skirting boards splitting etc. staff so lovely and helpful.

The hot food at the breakfast buffet was only warm - baked beans, scrambled eggs, tomatoes etc and very slow at clearing tables - had to put plates on other table.
