Excellent stay! The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Newmarket with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport.

Thankyou to the lovely staff at Quest, making check in and checkout very easy. Rooms were lovely and quest was close to everything. Had a great stay.

On arrival there were no car parks left. We asked for a bit more detail and she didn’t know. Might think it’s good to know the local area. Email from the hotel said free parking on the road but had to pay $13.00. A few things in the room need to be repaired. Check out wasn’t much better than check in. Not very friendly at all. Good location but could have better service and knowledge of the area. Not sure if I would stay there again
