Room was clean ,no breakfast coffee terrible property needed cleaned up homeless people hanging out around property!

The room was ok but the refrigerator did not work. And the outside was awful. Drug deals going on in the back lot. People sitting in cars sleeping. Watching guests, looking in cars. Need to do something about that situation. Didn’t feel very safe

We went to check in and the lady at the front treated us like we were criminals and then we left for dinner before going to room. We came back and the pool was closed and drained without any notes on the ad. We then go into the room and it smelled like a dirty ashtray and there was a broken lamp lying in the floor. The room was so bad we couldn't stay. We went back to the office to let them know and we did not want to stay at the property. The gentalman behind the counter said he could not refund us because of it being over 2 hours. Then he said he could put in a request for it and then it suddenly appeared back in our account, so he just out right lied to our face. So please DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS POPERTY it is horrible!!!!!!!!

Terrible freeway noise on the backside. Questionable room security. Very small room that didn't match the photos at all. Pool closed. Didn't appreciate getting cased by 3 different people poking out of their rooms upon arrival. Stayed in the room 5 minutes before we found another hotel and didn't stay the night. Our safety is worth much more than the cheap room rate.

The room was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. There was trash and other debris present behind the tables and toilet. I attempted to contact the front desk on two occasions as there was no waste bin provided in my room, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. I will not be returning in the future.

One guy checked us in behind glass. Scary place. People loydering by the door just hanging for no reason cursing etc. We slept in our clothes. Basically this place as my niece called it "was in the hood". For $11 more we switched to a different area a little further than the hospital but very much worth the extra miles.
