If SLEEP is important to you, THIS IS NOT YOUR PLACE! They only have a thin shade on the window, so by 4:30 am every morning, there was enough light coming in to read a book. Add to this that it sits 11 floors over a very busy street lined with tall buildings, so all sound reverberates up and passing motorcycles or cars honking sound like they are in the room with you. The only morning I slept past 4:30 am was when I was so exhausted and sleep deprived from the other bad nights sleep. If sleep doesn't matter, it is a great location near Fenway and the gym here is top notch. I highly recommend to management to get actual blinds - preferably blackout drapes.

Both rooms we stayed in had a full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, stuff on site were amazing and very helpful. We will definitely stay again!

The room looked brand new, and had a complete kitchen set up with a full size refrigerator. We had a nice view from the 12th floor. We easily walked to Fenway Park for a show. We found it a bit unsettling to not have a contact person easily available by phone. We did receive email and text information the day of our stay. The office staff who gave us the room keys were friendly and helpful. The parking garage under the hotel is privately owned. Unfortunately parking was $75 per day, so an overnight stay is $150. It seems unreasonable to charge a second daily fee for people who are clearly spending the night. Perhaps they can work out a deal for overnight guests in the future. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in close proximity to Fenway Park.

Awesome property, spacious with features (kitchen, laundry, etc..) amenities are also good (gym) and walking distance to everything you want to see in Boston (Fenway, restaurants, downtown)

Clean very spacious i would go again

Beautiful and clean apartment-like unit with an amazing view from the floor to ceiling windows! Great location for what we needed. Appreciated the well-appointed kitchen and washer and dryer. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

I had a horrible time being verified, did not receive check in authorization the day of arrival and had to beg for it, waited over 45 minutes at the site to be let in as no one was present and on check out had to return to room to leave key fob when they wouldn't take it at the desk. It sucked all around

This property is in a prime location, as it is walkable and near the train, Target, a grocery store and excellent restaurants-and of course the baseball stadium. The building itself is nice overall with a gym, media room and arcade. The room is a studio apartment, that isn’t serviced daily for cleaning although you are charged a cleaning fee. Communication is with a chatbot Check-in is at 4pm and there is no option for early check-in at this location. Nor is there luggage storage. There isn’t an access code for the building or the room. Instead, you have to hope someone is there to let you into the building and the Kasa office to retrieve a key fob. There was no one in the physical Kasa office to assist me upon my 4pm arrival. The room does not have a sofa or comfy chairs as pictured on the website. Instead, they have two cheap steel chairs with dusty cushions. There is a cleaning charge but no cleaning happens, as it is not a serviced room. You have to dump the trash, and grab any extra towels and toilet paper you may need yourself- from the office no one is consistently in. Late checkout comes at an exorbitant cost as well- although the 4pm check-in is an hour later than hotels. There is a hefty security deposit or you can fork over a non-refundable fee that they keep, as an alternative. There is also an expensive charge per key fob you lose. This place is a money grab. Get a regular hotel and forgo this nickel-and-dime lack of service establishment.
