We had a wonderful stay

We enjoyed the sitting area, so we didn't have to sit on the bed. The staff was helpful. The buffet was very tasty, both for dinner and breakfast. The drinks machine wasn't working, and some of the signs indicating what food was what, were incorrect, which was annoying. However, the food itself was tasty.

I booked a stay at the Urban hotel building via Expedia. On arrival, I discovered that the Urban hotel has been turned into a Ukranian refugee centre. After trying to find any member of staff, a helpful Ukranian man directed back to the main Corendon hotel reception. Main reception told me I had made a mistake and sent me over to the Residence hotel next door, where I was able to check-in. The replacement room was excellent, a suite with kitchen and I didn't have to pay any extra - however, be aware that if you have a booking in the Urban hotel that it has probably been moved! If you would feel uncomfortable or vulnerable in this situation, I'd advise you to go to main reception first, and don't go to the Urban hotel building. I did not receive any notification in advance from the hotel or Expedia that my booking had been changed. (correct as of June 2026).

Clean room, quiet, complete services and transportation to the airport.

Amazing place, wonderful for family start, part of 4 with a toddler and infant was amazing, public transport is super convenient and inexpensive to get around with starting a little further out of the city to enjoy this great place… on the other hand I almost don’t want to say more about it, so that not everybody doesn’t stay there and cause for prices to increase 😆😆😆

The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, and I couldn't fault the facilities provided. Unfortunately, we did experience a couple of issues during our stay. There were ants in our room on the 3rd floor, both on the kitchen countertop and in the bathroom, which was disappointing. We also encountered some confusion regarding payment. The rate we had booked through Expedia was lower than the rate the hotel was trying to charge, and there were several attempts to take the incorrect amount from our bank account. While the issue was eventually resolved, it made the checkout process much longer than it should have been. Travelling with two children and trying to get to the airport, this added stress was far from ideal. Overall, the room and facilities were very good, but the issues with cleanliness and billing unfortunately detracted from what could have been a much better experience.

Stayed here just one night before leaving for home. We had some initial trouble with the free shuttle from the airport, (which resulted in us taking a taxi) but the staff gave us complimentary vouchers for the shuttle back to the airport the next day. Pool was decent, but could have had more seating. The sauna, steam and cold buckets were amazing. There is also a movie theatre that shows the latest films, but for a cost. We paid for the buffet dinner, and enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet as well. Both were decent, as far as buffets go. Overall was a great experience, and the full size plane on the grounds was definitely cool.

Because of poor service and being told I made a reservation at a hotel occupied by refuges, the contract terms with Marriot properties should be updated and that hotel never should have been bookale. I was then told to go to the other hotel on the property only to then be told after the hotel reservation finally appeared in theory system that I was to be sent back to the origibal hotel. I was toting bags and a dog with a bad back. Over 2 hours later I made it to my hotel room. Then roomservice took over 90 minutes when9 was informed online it would be 15 minutes. Never got to use the pool or sauna; prime reasons for going there so my back would be in better shape for travel. The overall stay was barely a star.

Good stay. Shuttle bus to/from airport with good transport options made it easy to get into down town or anywhere. Louge was nice for a drink or bit to eat.

Really good apartment l! Loved it so much
