The water pressure for the shower is almost non-existent. The pressure is low that it’s almost impossible to shower ( I had stupidly ignored the reviews I had read and booked the accommodation).And the mixer knob is damaged with only the spine sticking out and thus impossible to use. I had to shower elsewhere daily before returning to the resort to sleep.

Υπέροχα Very nice setting. The hotel has great potential, but just misses the mark on many simple items.
Internet poor in the room, bath room items not topped up, towels basic and only one each, limited breakfast choice.
The room is nice and very quiet and relaxing at night.
Need to be aware that you need your own transport as very isolated.

I chose this hotel because it was close to where I needed to be. The room was more like a small flat than a bedroom incorporating a kitchen, sitting room and dining table and chairs. The restaurant was not open in the evenings but offered a very good breakfast, both Western and Thai with excellent service. The garden offers a private pool with various sitting areas. The hotel was fairly empty when we arrived but was packed at the weekend when the new guests held a party in the garden which lasted until about 01.30am.

Υπέροχα Palm Grove is very peaceful and quiet. We travelled with our two children and felt very safe. You need a car to get about as it's quite secluded but there are lots of things to do nearby. The pools were lovely and gardens well kept. The staff clean every day and provide fresh towels. There was plenty of room in our apartment, a lounge and dining area, well equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with own bathrooms and another toilet downstairs. Lots of wardrobe and storage space. A good base to stay in as there is no bar, restaurant or entertainment.

the websites says it is 4.5km away from pattaya city center, but actually it is 40-50km away. it took us one hour taxi from hotel to pattaya city.

We have a trouble with room condition on our 1st stay with slow response from the hotel as well It is very far from any other attraction in Pattaya.

This resort is nothing like the pictures. Pool circulation is turned off during night. The review sais it all.
