This was my second time at the Westin Josun and it did not disappoint. The service was impeccable, the amenities were wonderful (Westin Club -- breakfast, cocktail hour, sauna, gym). The Westin put our family of 4 in a great suite, which gave us enough room. It is so close to the Myeongdong shopping area but not in the middle of the chaos and traffic. A bonus is that the shuttle bus to Incheon Airport stops right in front of the hotel, so we don't have to move our luggage anywhere. I absolutely love the Westin Josun and will stay there anytime I visit Korea.

We had a wonderful stay from beginning to finish. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Everything about our stay was seamless and relaxing. We truly felt at home and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!

Westin Josun Seoul — A Refined Take on a Seoul Staycation Just back from a staycation at the Westin Josun Seoul, and it more than delivered. The location is unbeatable, a 5-minute walk to Myeongdong, putting an incredible spread of restaurants and shopping right at your doorstep, perfect for anyone wanting their staycation to double as a food and retail adventure. Service was immaculate from check-in to check-out, and housekeeping was consistently excellent throughout the stay. The only drawback is that the furnishings show the hotel's age in places, which is understandable given its heritage. That said, it barely takes away from the overall experience. For travellers looking for a different kind of staycation, one centred on location, dining, and top-tier service rather than flashy newness, this is hands down one of the best options in Seoul. #seoul #korea #staycation #westin

I liked everything about the Westin Josun, the quality of Service, the amenities at the hotel, and the fantastic swimming pool and a great location. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The only real drawback was no options for breakfast other than the full buffet, which was almost $50. I didn’t see the value, especially when we had to get out early for guided tours. There is a Starbucks located right in front of the hotel and a few local restaurants nearby.

Έμεινα με την οικογένεια · Για φίλους και οικογένεια

After having stayed at the Lotte hotel, the Plaza, and the Westin Josun, the Westin was by far the quietest room we stayed in. To be fair I stayed in rooms that either faced the City Hall or the Gwanghamun area. This whole area can get quite loud with weekend protests or festivals. It might have been quieter if I had stayed in rooms that faced the opposite direction. All were equally clean and well maintained with the Lotte showing the most wear in the rooms with tired decor and scratched furniture. The Westin was still located very close to a lot of attractions in Myeongdong and conveniently close to the subway and the Lotte shopping mall. The fitness center was well appointed with a weight room- free weights and machines, bikes, treadmills, and yoga mats. Like the other hotels, you could also borrow shorts, shirts, socks, and even sneakers here! The sauna was very clean and not crowded when we went in the morning. It was included as part of our stay but normally there is a charge to use the facilities. Overall, I would recommend staying at the Westin and would stay there again on my next visit to Seoul.

The Westin Josun is a lovely property near the Myeong Dong shopping district in Seoul. The rooms are large and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would expect from a five star hotel. The staff are so friendly, respectful and helpful. The restaurant’s are top class. The variety at the breakfast buffet is second to none. I would highly recommend The Westin for a stay in Seoul and would definitely return.

The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I didn’t speak the language, communication was easy, and I never had any difficulty making requests or asking questions. Everything I needed was provided promptly, with minimal wait time, making the experience smooth and enjoyable.
