Καλό

Έμεινε με παιδιά

Room was ok, ceiling height was surprisingly low, breakfast was not good, there was nothing to eat, hotel guests were walking around the breakfast area with a empty plate in hand and a confusing face, The cooking staff has attitude problems, not friendly, we saw a kitchen guy was sniffing a piece of meat and threw it into a garbage can! The gym was not clean, laundry room was crowded, one washing machine was not working, There was not a manager for the restaurant , at least we never seen on in the four days we stayed there, we never saw a manager at all, the whole place is badly managed, don’t go there!

We stayed for 13 nights. *The Buffett breakfast very average from The first morning. *Front staff ok for calling a cab. * Went to front staff for help as we were locked in a cab as the driver insisted on more money ( this was the 2nd time) asked the person who served us do you speak English he said yes very clearly and spoke very clearly but would do nothing to help at all. We felt very alone as older travellers. The hotel is in a great location.

Υπέροχα
It was close to Wangfujing Pedestrian Street which made it walkable. We also added the breakfast buffet and it was good to enough to fill you up for the day of activities. A bonus is the free self laundry and they provide free laundry detergent. Only downside is everyone uses it so there’s a queue for the dryer. I suggest adding a few more dryers.
