Υπέροχα My first night was rather noisy so I moved to another room. It had a few problems, however spoke to the manager and he was extremely helpful. The team worked in my room while I was out and made it perfect. My friend stayed in another room. Both rooms were so beautiful and very comfortable. They had everything you could want, tea and coffee making and a fridge. A clothes steamer, toiletries, fluffy towels etc.
The staff were so nice, helpful and attentive.
The location is excellent and you can walk to most sights.
I would definitely stay there again.

Φανταστικό Super bien!!! El staff es super servicial, muy amables y atentos!!! Definitivamente me quedaré aquí en mis próximas visitas. El hotel es bonito, el restaurante muy lindo!! La ubicación perfecta! El mejor hotel en el que me he hospedado en la CDMX.

This was my first visit to Mexico City and I stayed at this hotel for about a week. The location, staff, and room were all great and perfect for my first introduction to this City. I will say visitors need to be mindful of the open air restaurant within the hotel that is on the third floor. Most of the week was fine but Friday and Saturday nights were both very loud until the restaurant closed around 11pm. Aside from some restaurant noise those two nights everything else was fantastic.

The rooms were super clean, the staff very helpful, and the food at the rooftop L’ enfant restaurant was delicious. It would be helpful if the front desk staff could speak English, but with Google Translate, it really wasn’t much of a problem.

Room was great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice with a large shower. It was very quiet as its located on a side street 2 blocks off Ave de la Reforma. It's a small enough hotel that there's not a lot of travelers coming and going so less noise. There's an OXXO 24-hour convenience store (7-11, Circle-K) out the front door to the right about 100 yards. Sells bottled water, coffee, beer, ice, etc.. Great restaurant that sells pastries around the corner called "Azucar Y Sal". Also 2 Taco restaurants to the left, "El Huequito" and "El Aguachilazo", inexpensive and quick. Lots of other food options close. While the area appeared questionable initially (not Polanco), it was safe as I was out at night. Lots of hotels to choose from in Mexico City but this one is centrally located with easy access to most of the city. We were happy with our choice. Would stay again.
