The upgraded room was lovely. The main problem was the inefficient air con system. A fan was provided but not adequate. Location excellent Acccess to shower & bath in this category of room would be a challenge for the elderly or infirm

Excellent location. Clean room. Great breakfast options. Average soundproofing - any noise or hallway conversations are easily heard in the room. Overall great and would stay again.

We had a lovely stay overall but the hotel was definitely showing its age a little and some of the decor was a bit faded etc. but the staff were friendly and we had no issues. Just not quite up to the M Gallery standard I have seen at other locations.
