Property is in a good location right off the highway. A good place for a short stay. There is no lobby and no amenities. There is a buffet breakfast which made life easier, but please note that during the week it's only 6:00 to 9:00. :00. The weekends are 7:00 to 10:00. No one helps you with the luggage

The room was FILTHY. Immediately upon entering the room the couch was filthy. They as we walked in there was still trash on the floor, the carpet was nasty, bathroom shower was sketchy and I’m pretty sure as we were leaving we found BLACK MOLD in the closet. I would never stay here again. It is definitely a health hazard.

Where do I start? Cleaning service was not explained had to be requested at check in. Towels were requested and I was told I have to pick them up from the front desk. Entire set was not available, I had to further request additional towels. After getting towels and entering shower, the soap dispenser was empty. Overall horrible service. When I spoke to front desk agent, they promised me 5000 Bonvoy points…still waiting.

Property needs an upgrade badly. Toilet and sink were clogged. We reported the toilet and staff fixed it. Requested room to be cleaned and staff said they will add the room to be cleaned, room was not cleaned. Asked for extra pillows and they gave us one and it was really bad. Pullout bed was not clean. Breakfast not great. Was very crowded over the memorial day weekend and the staff were overwhelmed.
