We have stayed at this property twice already and we enjoy the location. Its proximity to many places is second to none. The service in the hotel ranks high on our list; Filipino customer service is outstanding(10/10). They are always trying to offer the best options available with great attention to detail and professionalism. We enjoyed the variety of the menu for breakfast and the Italian gelato at the hotel. Pros: Location, location,location, cleanliness, service quality, freshness of the food, professionalism across every department. Cons: Size of the rooms( We are a family of 3) couple with a 15 year old child. It is not very comfortable for 2 grown adults to sleep on 1 twin bed, small maintenance details spotted on the shower area( silicone must be reapplied around shower areas-rooms 1902 & 1615)

Hotel is gorgeous and so is the surrounding area . Pool is amazing as well. Malls and restaurants are in the vicinity so no need to book an expensive grab However , you can hear the television from next door ( which is unusual for a hotel of this calibre) Pls make sure you include breakfast with your booking because it will be 2-3 x the price when you do it on site .

The only thing i noticed is that, the breakfast crew are not consistent with the utensils. I still have to ask for additional spoon or coffee cup for all the 3 mornings that we ate there. But aside from that, everything was excellent.

Everything was great, but the bedsheet and pillowcases had stains that could have been bleached. Upholstery for sofa in the room needs a deep clean as well.

Everybody was so nice and the place was so clean. I travel mostly all over in the United States because of my job and I travel overseas a few times a year. So I stay in about 30-40 hotels a year ranging from budget hotels to higher end places. This hotel had the service and cleanliness of a 5 star hotel at a very reasonable price. Can't say enough about the staff. And I really enjoyed the area as well. A plethora of eating and shopping options all within a 2 block area. Again everyone was so friendly and personable. Hope I get a chance to come back again some day.
