Ax wasn’t working right all weekend. Had water all over floor got it cleaned up but more came , wouldnt change our room, couch bed was disgisting, didn’t bring blankets I asked for at 10 pm until 1 am. Then it wasn’t a blanket it was a matress cover. Everywhere smelled like weed. It was trashy . We tried to stay from the room as much as possible. The money I spent I would have thought it would have been better. Won’t stay again

The picture was misleading. It made it look like I’d be on the end with an ocean view, but I was actually on the bottom floor, right beside a constant stream of people walking past day and night, with mosquitoes swarming everywhere. The hotel did nothing about it.Staff was not helpful

dirty, pools were disgusting. SUPER OVERPRICED for a very cheap gross hotel experience. Will never stay here again.

Property is super clean with amazing views. I enjoyed the pools and hot tub. I will definitely be staying here again this summer!

Υπέροχα Getting there and the check-in process was a little rocky. The gps, for some reason, did not pickup on the hotels actual location and instead took us about a mile up the blvd from the hotel. Because of that, we had to call the hotel for directions. Not sure if that is the hotels issue or not. When we arrived, we got our key and went all the way up to the room with luggage and the key didn’t work. We had to go back and reload our luggage to go back downstairs and get a new key. That was a hassle. Also, because of the type of doors, which I guess are weather resistant for hurricanes, it was hard to open and close the door. The lamps were a little rusted as well. Outside of all of this, the hotel was in a good location, it was clean and right on the water. It had 2 or 3 restaurants, not including the onsite Starbucks. The 2 pools with a lazy river was a big hit and the staff was really nice. They even gave out coupons for local establishments. I thought it was perfect for a family stay. A little further from the “things to do” than we wanted so we had to drive to them, but it was fine. Definitely a future option.
