First of all, absolutely perfect location for a first time visitor. Close to the metro and literally seconds away from some of the best food spots. Now for the cons. The hotel is seriously old with water pressure issues, but the real problem for me was the dance club down stairs. From 1-9pm, you will be able to feel the beat through the walls. The music stops at 9pm and it’s actually pretty quiet at night, but if you want to nap during the hot summer days, you need to bring earplugs.

Convenient location in Ximen. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Good value for money in terms of location and cleanliness. Also pretty quiet for being in a busy location.

Great location. Comfortable room. Friendly & helpful staff. Washer & dryer available. Dance hall downstairs plays music from 1-9pm.

The hotel should advise of club on level 9 as theh misic is very loud can be heard in all the rooms this goes on feom 12 to about 9 pm

Location of the hotel was fantastic, with food and transport readily available at a stone's throw. One thing to note is the music that is playing during the afternoons to early evenings, can be quite loud at times but didn't matter too much if you are generally touring in the day.

There are three reasons that I will not stay in this hotel again. First, this hotel is not clean. I spot a piece of garbage sitting right on top of the table when I walked in. The floor is not very clean. Shower curtain is moldy. You can tell the shower stall had mold issue before so it was recaulked with black caulking to cover up the mold. Secondarily, this hotel is noisy. When I checked in around 4-5pm, there's loud disco music from one floor blow. You can basically feel the vibration of the floor. I was way too tired and jet lagged to move out and find another hotel. Thirdly, I understand that this hotel recently changed it's name. There's not signage at the street level. The entrance to the building is actually on the side street, kind of blocked by some tables and chairs from neighboring food places. The only signage is on the tenth floor, which is hard to see when you are right in front of the building. Besides the hotel name on the sign, it also says "No Drugs", which made me wondering about the safety of this place. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

Great location. However with the dance studio just 1 floor down. You can hear clearly every song that they are playing

Was alright. Nothing really too complain

Dirty pillows loud music no windows i left

Helpful staffs, good location, but old building.
