Καλό Great location. Upon arrival our AC did not work. Had to stay in another room for the night and promised something for our inconvenience. Never happened. Breakfast is free but it is the exact same thing every day. Told the mini fridge would be restocked daily and items in mini fridge were free. No longer the case. Water and canned cokes are $4 or more. It was my birthday and we ordered a bottle of champagne for the room. Never received. Apparently the property sold over a year ago and changes are still “in the process”! Alcoholic drinks are expensive. Bring your own beach towels! Pool and beach are wonderful. Beautiful water and sunsets. We have been to Isla many times and have reached out to Lotus about concerns - but, no response at all! Communication is definitely lacking in many areas.

Φανταστικό We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect and made it easy to explore the island, while still feeling peaceful and relaxing. The room was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Isla Mujeres is absolutely beautiful, and staying here made the experience even better. We made so many unforgettable memories and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Υπέροχα The Hotel was great. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, but not so many options as a buffet, but still great. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I would stay again for the closeness of the beach access and the views.

Φανταστικό The location was perfect. The beach club was great the first couple days. Then it was like they got used to us being there and stopped asking if we need anything. The rooms were very clean the private plunge pool was also very clean. Love the stay.

Lotus: Clean rooms. Front desk is very informative. Taxi service is usually readily available right outside Lotus. They also have their own golf carts to rent. Spa treatment was great. Guru restaurant food at lotus was great (two plates we ordered ceviche and the black angus burger with truffle fries - best truffle fries I’ve had anywhere, ask for the habanero hot sauce it’s delicious) although they close the beach access from lotus relatively early in the evening you still have access to it through the outside, exiting Lotus. (Public access) Lotus staff can also help you book excursions, ask them about them. Prices vary around the island but not by much so it’s convenient to just do it where you already are staying.
Getting there: If you have luggage I suggest get a taxi there from the ferry, should be around 50-100 pesos. Another option is to get someone to wheel your luggage for you and they work for tip.

Fantastic stay at the lotus beach hotel. Staff was very helpful and breakfast was delicious! Snorkeling right is the beach coast was a nice bonus. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants!!
