Great hotel in a fantastic location in the Old Town
Stayed for 7 nights in a Suite with Panoramic View. Fantastic location right in the heart of the Old Town, couple of minutes walk to the Lake. Lots of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Really liked the room - view was fantastic, good size and very clean. Nice breakfast and a great rooftop bar. Would definitely stay again when we're next in Hanoi.

The best part of the stay was the breakfast and breakfast staff. So kind and accommodating. The most challenging part of the stay was inconsistent information from the reception team (breakfast time, mausoleum opening time, how to book a tour)- different answers depending on who and when you ask. Well meaning, but still very frustrating- ultimately do your own research. Great location in old quarter.

Everyone here treated us with such care and attention. You can tell the team truly loves what they do. Staff Lilly upgraded us & was professional & always had smile on her face. Everything is excellent about this hotel from spotless room, smiling staff, great shopping & restaurants nearby & everyone so attentive but only thing not happy was no drawers in room to put clothes, water in shower would come out & make bathroom wet & room is very small, otherwise; love this hotel & staff & love Hanoi!

Loved this hotel. The staff were so friendly and always willing to help us. he breakfast was great and the view while eating breakfast was also great. The room was so comfortable. We did 21 days in Vietnam starting in the north to the south and we did 2 visits here because it was so nice.

Property was excellent overall. On our return stay we appreciated staying in an updated executive room on the second floor - better view and layout. Also liked personal touches eg. welcome back note and fruit platter. Maybe some more eco-friendly methods could be put in place eg: glass water bottles, a take as you need toiletries bar in the reception area rather than having multiple toothbrushes, combs etc in your room. Include a clearly labeled bin for recyclables in each room. Comfort and cleanliness was of a very high standard. Very friendly, approachable staff.

Excellent first impression of property: beautiful decor - clean and bright, very welcoming staff. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety (cold and cooked) to suit many tastes. We liked the ‘cooked to order’ menu in particular. We also valued the suggestions staff offered at breakfast as to how we could spend our day eg sightseeing options, transport, opening hours at museums etc. Our room was lovely - very clean, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom.
