Hotel was clean and our room very spacious. Disceptive from the exterior. Great location. Walking distance to fish market and Bellini park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again

The room is spacious, clean and very decent. The breakfast was very nice.

Giada (sp?) was on duty pretty much the entire time we stayed at the hotel and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Her welcome and orientation to both the peculiarities of the lock system and to the surrounding area (restaurants, local sites, etc.) was very helpful. She served us well in the morning and arranged for our transit to the airport. The room was spotless, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was varied and ample. We would highly recommend the hotel and the area.

Really blown away by our short stay at this hotel. Alina was helpful before we even arrived, then welcomed us with open arms. We had a room at the back of the hotel, which was quiet, modern and very clean. The shower in particular was incredible and we loved the large bed. Although we didn't use it, the mini bar was very reasonably priced. If we stayed longer we would have perhaps had a beer from it and sat on the terrace one evening. The terrace was lovely! The hotel itself is right in the middle of everything. We didn't do a lot of planning before booking the hotel, however we found out afterwards that everything we wanted to do/restaurants we wanted to go to were only 5-15 min walk maximum. The breakfast was great for us- a few nibbles to get the day started, some good coffee and freshly squeezed juice. No complaints at all. Actually floored by the kindness and hospitality of our host and the value for money of our stay! Very sad to be leaving. Only foreseeable issues- anyone with mobility issues may struggle, the lift was great but the corridors were narrow. However this is the way with these old Italian buildings! The have done as much as they can to accommodate.

The space itself is lovely and very comfortable to be in but the ground floor entry is dirty and not at all welcoming. We had a little trouble operating the elevator at first but we’re relieved not to have to take the stairs. Cleaning and reception staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Our room was very nice, clean and updated, the bathroom has plenty of room very large. We stayed on the upper floor, and if your 6 feet or taller your head just might hit the ceiling, the lower rooms are standard height. The breakfast person couldn’t be any nicer and during our 3 night stay, there was always a large selection of breakfast items to pick from.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. They assisted with a late arrival and generously offered a late breakfast and to hold our bags while exploring town. Bountiful breakfast.

Such a beautiful room, in a central area. Lovely breakfast on the terrace. Highly recommend

Amazing accommodation. Wonderful location, rooms are pretty nice, modern and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Friendliest check-in service! Was able to drop off luggage early morning and explore the town before we received keys to room. Breakfast had everything you need for a great start to the day. Personalised service where the knew your coffee order next morning and name. Loved the personal service and homely feel. On main strip. Walked to every landmrk and hop n off bus and mt.etnea transfer not far to walk.
