Not for the faint of heart. Lot of stairs. However the view is amazing, the room was pretty and full of light. I’m obsessed with the hot tip. I think overall it is worth the prices.

This is a tough one as there were a lot of good things but overall I had to rate it a 3 star. It is not really by the sea, not sure where all the photos of the sea being directly out the window or patio were taken, but our room was facing the town streets, and buildings. It was very loud until about 2am. They charge for for using the coffee machine, which I have never seen anywhere, at any stay and for the price of the room that seems crazy. There are sooo many stairs so not for a lot of luggage or any impairment. Hard to find but they do send very detailed instructions. Could not accommodate an early check in. Plants on patio pretty dead, none in room like pictures show, just a box of dirt. Cool esthetic, comfy bed and fantastic pillows. Easy to communicate through what's app.

Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil when we stayed, which was disappointing and not as pictured or described. Cracks in walls and ceiling etc. Bed was creaky.) Note to travellers: The apartment is on the top floor of a very old building. You have to go up 4 or 5 narrow/steep staircases. There is no lift. Not a great place to stay if you have large/heavy luggage or have restricted mobility. The apartment is on one of the main streets above shops, bars and restaurants so was quite noisy in the evening. Central and lively location, but not quiet/peaceful. Jacuzzi bathtub was nice but takes 1 hour+ to fill up.

Great stay, close to the water. There is some stairs but nothing to crazy. Amazing view from the balcony. Check in and out was simple

Prior my arrival I called the host several times, but he never answered my phone calls. I had a hard finding the property. This room is at a four floor without elevator. The closest parking garage is a few blocks away. The town is gorgeous.

Great Location.

The bed cover is stained, which was disappointing for the amount of money we paid for this stay. The bathroom door doesn’t close properly.

The view was a 10/10, for sure. The place itself was okay, the upstairs bedroom was pretty warm, the bathroom only has 1 very dim light in there and it was veryyyyy dark. Also the property manager/host was really not a helpful person at all. It was our first time in cinque terre, we knew there was going to be stairs but did not know the full extent and let me tell you it was a lot of hills and stairs. They did not warn us or inform us of a luggage service. After we checked in, we asked them if there was a luggage service we could pay to bring our luggage to the car when we check out. They told us no, but afterwards we saw companies with their trucks for luggage service. The host was just not helpful at all and I probably wouldn’t stay there again.
