Lovely hotel and staff! Our room was spacious and had everything you need. The pool is a little small but enough for an occasional dip between site seeing. Staff made us feel very welcome for the 60th birthday we were celebrating.

Excellent location, staff that were all friendly and helpful, lovely food and range of drinks. All perfect for exploring a wonderful city and relaxing afterwards.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Spain. Room was perfect and cleaned well everyday . Bar on rooftop was great. All staff were amazing.

Overall rating 2/5. Be aware of Expedia/Booking pictures posted by the hotel looking way better than how in reality the hotel looks and offers. This hotel has a very strong sewer smell, our room had a very strong like sulfur/sewage smell. Rooms are old, staff on the front desk are very nice and friendly, but we overpaid for what this hotel really offered. The gym is old too and seems to need a bit of maintenance, 6th floor where the gym is located looks that needs some renovations too. Bathroom is old, the hallways look and are old, they seem to be making some renovations in some rooms since this hotel was built in 1991. And rooms truly look like 35 years old. There isn’t a fan in the bathroom even, since back in the day they used infrared light heat, a thing from the 70s. Also WiFi barely works on the second floor, or anywhere. All in all don’t overpay to stay in here.

The good: nice rooftop bar, huge car park, good breakfast, close to arts and sciences area, close to nice walks in the Turin It’s a good four star place, not as luxe as some of the other 5* places in Valencia. It is away from the old town, which you may see as an advantage, but it means nice restaurants will be a little distance away and you might not like the workaday modern vibe around the hotel.

Loved the staff, always helpful. Desk staff great to get me taxi. Great breakfast buffet with good selections and helpful staff. Room always cleaned when wanted. Not fond of roof restaurant but bar service for late evening cocktail was great.

Very comfortable room, was here for a week. Nice pool facilities, good breakfast, overall nice hotel and would recommend. There was an A/C issue one night during our stay but was resolved relatively quickly.
