I stayed here for a few nights and was impressed by the cleanliness and organization. The staff were friendly, the room matched the photos, and the breakfast was fresh and varied. The hotel was peaceful at night, which made for a relaxing stay.

Κάτω του μέσου όρου Elevator broken. Hotel on fifth floor. No one spoke English. Called for someone to check us in didn’t show. After 45 minutes of waiting we left to find another hotel. We were tired. I have requested a refund

The hotel is on the 5th floor of what appears to be an abandoned building, with sketchy elevator service. Although staff was friendly and the hotel was clean there was very few amenities. Location is great but not if you're looking to relax, Egyptians love their car horns.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
The elevator did not work
We stayed for 4 nights and they don’t come to change the room.
At the end, they will change you for anything. The blanket had. Stain before and they wanted to charge me the whole blaket, a towel and and pillow case .. we ended paying $30US extra for nothing. This is in downtown a lot of noise
