Awful room with dirty washroom. Ceiling lights are hanging, I cannot believe this hotel is in Singapore . I completely disappointed with the hotel. Waste of money and time

I am surprised that a reputed travel company like you have included this hotel. the staff were not helpful .The Wifi service is useless. Me and my wife were very disappointed.If we had the option we would have changed the hotel the night we arrived the hotel.

My experience with the Arianna Hotel in Singapore was extremely bad. I booked a four-night reservation for this hotel through Hotels.com on July 19, 2025, which cost me a considerable sum. However, I made a mistake in the dates and booked and paid for the stay at the Arianna a month too early. I realized this the next day and emailed Hotels.com to move my date forward a month. Hotels.com tried four times to persuade the Arianna management, but they refused to cooperate. Later, I read many bad reviews about this hotel.
