The space had all of the amenities you would expect, but unfortunately not everything was maintained/available as you’d expect. The biggest issue was that the WiFi didn’t work for 90% of our trip, which was a big issue for those of us without data to fall back on. The bathrooms weren’t clean when we arrived and there was a hole in the ceiling that dripped water and formed a puddle outside of one of the bathrooms. The walls were also very thin so we could hear the other guests very easily, but that’s to be expected to an extent in a shared space. Overall, we had a good time during our visit in Montreal and the location of this hotel is great, but the hotel stay complicated things a bit. I think if everything advertised actually worked, like the WiFi, this would be an easy five stars.

The area that the place is in was close to restaurants, it is also close to a firehouse and did get noisy a few nights (earplugs were helpful). The place was clean and is well stocked in the kitchen and was nicely decorated.
The beds were comfortable, it would be nice to have a better clothes storage area in the rooms.
Overall I would recommend and consider staying here again.

Great space for our group of 3. Suite was clean and location was optimal for restaurants and activities. We were able to walk to most places. There were little gnats, about four to five , that were in the apartment . There should be a notice of the position of stairs as soon as you open the door and handrail was not in place. These were kind of precarious and caution is warranted. There also was not instructions on what to do with garbage. Everything else was good , the tv offers lots of channels, beds were comfortable, great showers.
