We really enjoyed this hotel. First class atmosphere and rooms with a fantastic breakfast and an incredibly helpful staff. We took advantage of the cable car access provided by the hotel and the hotel bikes. This place is a gem and we would definitely stay here again if we travel to Bolzano.

We visited Bolzano and the Dolomites for our honeymoon in late May and the Eisenhut was the perfect base for our days of hiking and exploring. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very kind and they have thought of everything. Check in was smooth and although we arrived early they sent us to a recommended restaurant, took our bags, and made sure our bags were in our room after our meal.
The included breakfast and Bozen transportation pass were fantastic as well. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had. Overall a 10/10 experience. Felt very luxurious and very worth our money.

I wish I could give this hotel and staff 10 stars! There are not enough words to express how much we enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable.

Φανταστικό The hotel was very beautiful and so very well maintained. The staff are excellent and the breakfasts were a delight. Will definitely go back. The location worked well for as we were there for the Olympics and used the train daily to get to the venues. Plus the proximity to restaurants, walks through town and shopping made for a grand experience
