omfortable, clean, and location is ok free airport and train station pick up if ask early and staff is very kind and helpful and gave advices on my Tianmen forest park. they also offer private taxi ride with a very good deals if asked ( Guilin to & from Yangsou ) Stayed there for 2 nights in April 2026 - Zhangjiajie

Small family owned hotel. Traditional home but yet clean and comfortable. Super helpful staff. The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the station. I would stay here again next time I visit!

Great place for the value. Staff and owners are so nice! They do pick up from airport or train station too at any time. They are available anytime to answer any questions. I was out all day exploring so it was a perfect place to just come home and sleep. Very nice people . There’s a 24 hour shop just around the corner if need snacks or water .

El patio es muy tranquilo, la habitación está muy limpia y el balcón se puede usar para lavar la ropa, lo cual es muy práctico para nosotros en viajes de larga distancia.

Overall I think this place is cute and did the job. I personally am more of a luxury type, however, since I only needed a place to stay for one night and something close to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park, this works. It’s pretty small and minimal but they have the main necessities: AC, WiFi, outlets, shower, toilet, spare tooth brush set, cups, TV, and a bed. So I would definitely recommend for anyone who needs a place to crash and somewhere close to the city.

Highly recommend this hotel. We will definetely comes back next year. The room were very cute design and comfortable. The hotel owners (Tina and her husband) were super kind and go beyond waiting with us for 2 hours to obtain SIM card, Tina also helped to add WECHAT which is so useful later for our trip. She also provide good guidance routes to vist Zhangjajie and Tianmen Mountain which is only 10 minutes away by TAXI. location is so close to many amazing street foods, restaurants, shopping mall, organic fruits stands and convenient stores. It was so easy to find a Taxi. The hotel offers free airport pick up and drop offer servises. We arrived late at the airport the owner was waiting and picked us up with no extra charges.

The owners organized to pick me up at the train station despite me booking this very last minute, which was unexpected and I really appreciated it! Great place to stay when visiting Zhangjiajie :)

Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. Highly recommend.
