Everything was fine except the communication about how to check in after 6pm.
Hotels.com should also improve its details on this hotels as this is very confusing to see that check in is not allowed after 6pm, while it actually is

Κάτω του μέσου όρου Room was not well maintained and dirty. Hair in the shower and toilet was not cleaned. Beds are uncomfortable and pillows are a joke. Whole place smells like cigarettes. There are plenty of other places to stay to enjoy Frankfurt

Φανταστικό The balcony overlooking the river was a beautiful setting, and there is a wonderful walking path along the river with easy access.

Φανταστικό The staff was very helpful and accommodating when I asked for help. I was unable to check in very well on the first night but that was due to me not being able to call and having limited service. Overall it was a nice stay and the room was great

Yikes! I will start with the place being dirty. We had to go to Aldi across the street to get cleaning supplies so we could make the place comfortable. We found a dirty sock (not ours). The listing isn't truthful as we stayed in the duplex which says 1 king and 1 queen bed. The "queen" was an Ikea fold down couch, very uncomfortable by the way. I would have been ok with this if I purchased the family room which states 1 king and 1 sofa bed. Lastly, this area is extremely noisy with police sirens and party boats. You can't just shut the door because it's terribly hot inside the room. Almost unbearable. The listing also states parking available, but when we arrived and spoke to someone on the phone (no one to greet you by the way) I was told there wasn't any parking. Ok, now the plus, the view off the balcony was nice.
