The hotel is centrally located. There is no private parking, but loads of free street parking. There is a nice complimentary continental breakfast. Staff are very polite and professional. However, the hotel is in poor enough condition and would benefit from a full deep clean and refurbishment. I would also suggest upgrading the mattresses as they are fairly worn out. It has great potential, but its current condition makes it overpriced.

I stayed in quite a few hotels in Cork this time for my visit and I feel like this hotel has to be far worst in my experience. - The elevator did not work so had to drag my suitcase two flight of stairs - There was only one towel in the bathroom and the tub had hair - Everything in the room was covered in dust - The TV did not work - The WiFi was horrible - I had the room by the street so got woken up at 1 am by people making loud noise in the street - The complimentary breakfast was bare minimum For the same price you can get far better hotels or BnB around that area. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at this time.

Wasn’t even a bar in the hotel and there’s been no money spent round the hotel badly run down for what it cost to stay 2nites

Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Lovely, light, clean accomodation. Great location at the start of the Cliffs of Moher walk. Easy parking.

Perfect for a couple of nights stay, booked at the last minute. Good location, easy to find, quiet at night, good options of bars, shops and restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was a great set up and good quality options. Would definitely use again.

Good location near bars, restaurants and shops. No restaurant at the hotel. Only simple, complimentary continental breakfast available. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very clean, spacious room with comfortable beds.

It was a charming hotel with very thin walls on a very busy, noisy weekend, but I enjoyed it.

We had a great stay- nice place, easy parking, helpful staff, 24 hour check in, hot shower and comfy bed. Good breakfast too.
