Location good for airport. Staff was helpful. Room was ok, could tell older establishment. We felt insulted to have to pay to park on the property (over $10 USD for 1 night) -- even though we were paid guests.

It is a facility that serves an international clientele of the airport but has now van transport to the airport. You pay to park. No one is at the front desk. You’re supposed to self check in. It has no usb ports to charge phones or electronics. The only thing it has going for it is a good bartender. I guess they think as long as you are drunk you won’t notice the outdated and charge heavy costs for very little to no comfort.

Rooms are clean but no usb ports to be found. We arrived around 7pm for an overnight prior to an early flight the next morning. There was no receptionist and checkin was at a self serve machine. Our room was booked on Expedia and the machine didn't recognize Expedia booking numbers. We had to push a button and wait for someone to come help us. We went down to get some dinner and we're told that the earliest they could seat us was 9:30pm. We asked about snacks or someplace we could walk to. Nothing available and they offer no shuttle service to the Airport, even though they bill themselves as an "Airport" hotel. It was 2.7 miles, so too far to walk. I would not stay here again. They have good prices but you pay for it in other ways.

It was a nice clean room and the breakfast was good and balanced. The staff were very warm and helpful.

It’s located in the middle of a car dealerships community and thus no restaurants or grocery stores that is accessible by foot. Also, there is no airport shuttle services so you need to book your own transportation to and through the airport but it is just about 5-10 minutes drive away. I was booked into an accessible room which I didn’t need but it was very spacious and the bathroom was wheelchair accessible too, I think people traveling with accessibility concerns would be able to appreciate the facilities a lot.

Check in was smooth and efficient. Room was large as it was a disabled access room. Nice clean bedding, towels and bathroom. Very quiet, with no noise from the surrounding rooms or outside. The restaurant food was reasonably priced and decent portions.

Was a great overnight stay close to the airport

If I could give a minus score I would. It was advertised as a hotel that provided an airport shuttle. They do not. No one at reception and no eating facilities until Dinner! Nothing by the hotel except car lots. Room was worn and carpet and furniture stained. My room was an adjoining room with no sound proofing between. Food and coffee was terrible. Certainly not worth $178 a night! Would not return.

Front desk staff was very helpful in helping us to get transportation to the airport
