Wonderful stay in a beautiful historical building! The AC worked fabulously during the Italian heatwave and the shower was hot and heavenly. The location was very accessible and easy walking to amenities. Our family stayed one night prior to cruise departure. Great service and responsiveness from Claudia our host. Thank you!

L’accueil était chaleureux, la chambre propre et confortable. De plus il était situé à proximité du port ce qui facilitait notre déplacement au bateau de croisière.

Very clean and quiet hotel that is close to shops and restaurants and the cruise port. I especially liked that it offered that old world charm that Europe is famous for.

This is an amazing place to stay in Civitavecchia. Very close to the port and restaurants and shopping. The building is an amazing old palace with a beautiful interior. Our rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The hosts were very attentive, even greeting us at the door and arranging and guiding us to a transfer to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend it.

The rooms are immaculately clean with tasteful and comfortable furnishings. The staff are amazing, they went above and beyond all of our expectations to ensure we had a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The location was perfect, with only a few minutes walk to both the train station and the cruise port. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Our stay was only for 1 night. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved the pillows, they are some of the best pillows ever.
Honestly the property is in an excellent location, near the harbor for those of you going on or returning from cruises, and the manager was very helpful with everything from check in to getting me a ride to the cruise port. Just a note, the entry for the property doesn't stand out from the other entrances on the building, but the manager is helpful, and the locals will show you right where to go - very helpful and good experience overall.

Great short visit before our cruise. Excellent location to restaurants and shops. Stefano was very helpful and gracious. We would definitely come back!
